Unlike traditional messaging platforms, Rasilio operates using secure linked-device protocols. We process data; we do not store it.

  • Message Content: The contents of your WhatsApp campaigns, outbound messages, and incoming customer replies are processed in real-time to facilitate delivery and AI responses. They are not permanently stored on Rasilio servers.
  • Customer Privacy by Default: Because we bypass traditional API storage methods, your customers’ conversational privacy is protected at the core level.

2. Information We Collect

While we do not store your messaging traffic, we do collect specific information necessary to operate your account and train your customized AI agents.

A. Information You Provide to Us Directly

  • Account Information: Name, business email address, company name, phone number, and account credentials.
  • Billing Information: Payment details, billing address, and transaction history (processed securely via our third-party payment gateways).
  • Business Knowledge Data (For RAG AI): PDF documents, product catalogs, FAQs, and other business files you explicitly upload to train your AI Agent.

B. Information We Process on Your Behalf

  • Audience Lists: Contact numbers and audience segmentation data you import to launch automated campaigns.
  • Device Connection Data: Temporary authentication tokens and session data required to maintain the secure linked-device connection with your official WhatsApp account.

C. Automatically Collected Information

  • Platform Analytics: Metadata regarding your use of the platform, such as feature usage, log-in timestamps, and generalized campaign delivery metrics (e.g., Sent, Delivered, Read statuses) used for your analytics dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to provide, secure, and improve our Services:

  • To provision and manage your Rasilio account.
  • To facilitate the delivery of your automated WhatsApp campaigns.
  • To Power Your AI Agent: The business documents you upload are processed using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strictly to provide context to your specific virtual assistant. We do not use your business data to train external or shared foundational AI models.
  • To calculate real-time campaign performance insights.
  • To process your subscription payments and prevent fraud.
  • To communicate with you regarding service updates, security alerts, and technical support.

4. How We Share Your Information

Rasilio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. We only share information under the following strict circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share necessary data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., secure cloud hosting providers, payment processors). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.
  • Meta/WhatsApp (Infrastructure): Because our service automates actions on your existing WhatsApp account, message delivery inherently involves data passing through Meta’s encrypted infrastructure via your linked device.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Rasilio, our users, or the public.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your account data and imported audience lists. This includes:

  • End-to-end encryption for data in transit.
  • Secure, isolated environments for your RAG AI document processing.
  • Strict access controls and authentication protocols for our internal teams.
  • Continuous monitoring for potential vulnerabilities and high-volume delivery protection to safeguard your sender reputation.
